The town's first fire station. This was once one of the one room schoolhouses. Today it can be found in the "Halifax Village" on South Street having been turned back into a one room schoolhouse. The building is used by the Halifax Historical Society.

"Pope's Tavern" from the corner of South Street and Plymouth Street. The "outbuildings" have been taken down. Today this building is used for the Council on Aging (2013).
